OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL UNITED STATES RESIDENTS RESIDING IN WASHINGTON, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Albertsons/ Safeway Shop and Score Consumer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 8:00:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 9, 2023 and ends 11:59:59 PM PT on January 9, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal United States residents, residing in the state of Washington, 18 years of age and older at time of entry. Employees of Albertsons Companies, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Promotivate of America LLC (“Administrator”), Swire Coca-Cola, the NFL Entities (as defined below), their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively “Released Parties”) and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void outside Washington and where prohibited. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

3. THREE (3) WAYS TO ENTER:

• ENTRY METHOD #1 via for U™: To enter via this method, you must have a for U™ member card/account (“Account”). If not already registered, go to Albertsons.com or Safeway.com (the “Website(s)”) or download the Albertsons or Safeway App (the “Mobile App(s)”) (available free on the App Store or Android App on Google Play) and follow the instructions to register for the for U™ Loyalty Program. Then, during the Promotion Period, to enter via one of the Websites or Mobile Apps, sign into your Account and digitally clip the “2x Rewards Shop and Score” coupon (“Offer”) to opt in. Look for the “Shop and Score” tags in stores for participating products. To redeem your Offer, enter your for U™ Phone Number at checkout, and when you purchase three (3) qualifying products (ten (10) qualifying products for the Groceries for a Decade Prize) at any participating Albertsons or Safeway store in WA during the Promotion Period you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. To be eligible for any drawing set forth in the chart in Rule 5 below (each a “Drawing”), purchase must be made by 11:59:59 PM PT on the entry deadline date for that drawing (“Entry Deadline”). Once an entry is received, it will be valid for all remaining Drawings for the duration of the Promotion Period unless that entry has previously been selected as a winner. Entries will be deemed to have been made by the natural person registered to the Account, regardless of who actually makes the purchase, as long as such person is otherwise eligible in accordance with these Official Rules. Make sure both your telephone and email address are accurate and up-to-date in your Account. Entrants using the Mobile Apps must have a wireless web-enabled device and may incur data charges from their wireless service provider. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges. Entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Each entrant should check their mobile device’s capabilities for specific web-enabled browsing instructions.

• ENTRY METHOD #2 via circular ad coupon: To enter via this method, you must have an Albertsons or Safeway for U™ member card/account. Redeem a “2x Rewards Shop and Score” coupon from select weekly ads at a participating Albertsons or Safeway store in the state of WA during the Promotion Period and enter your associated phone number at the time of purchase to automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes each time you purchase three (3) participating items in a single transaction during the Promotion Period. To be eligible for any Drawing, purchase must be made by 11:59:59 PM PT on the Entry Deadline as set forth in the chart in Rule #5 below. Once an entry is received, it will be valid for all remaining Draws for the duration of the Promotion Period unless that entry has previously been selected as a winner.

• ENTRY METHOD #3: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To enter without making a purchase, on a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, hand print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), daytime and evening telephone numbers and valid email address (optional). Mail in a hand-addressed, business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed, to: Albertsons/ Safeway Shop and Score Sweepstakes-Consumer, P.O. Box 35516, Los Angeles, CA 90035 which must be postmarked by January 9, 2024 and received by January 16, 2024 (“Mailed Entry”). Limit one (1) Mailed Entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced Mailed Entries permitted. Sponsor will submit the Mailed Entry into the Drawing corresponding to its postmark date, provided it is received not more than seven (7) days thereafter (see Rule #5 below for a list of postmark and receipt deadlines, and Drawing dates.) Once a Mailed Entry is received, it will be valid for all remaining Drawings for the duration of the Promotion Period, unless such Mailed Entry has previously been selected as a winner.

4. PRIZES:
Drawings will be conducted by Promotivate, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Prize per person/ family/ household. Unless otherwise indicated, odds of winning a Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each Drawing. Any difference in the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. As used throughout these Official Rules, “Regular Season” means the seventeen (17) official National Football League (“NFL”) games played by the Seattle Seahawks (which does not include any pre-season or post-season games).

4.1 SEATTLE SEAHAWKS POINT PRIZES
Prior to each Seattle Seahawks Regular Season game, Sponsor will draw potential winners for this prize through a random Drawing of entries received via: (i) Entry Methods #1 and #2 discussed above at least eight (8) days prior to the applicable Drawing and (ii) Entry Method #3 that were postmarked at least eight (8) days prior to the applicable Drawing and received at least one (1) day before the Drawing as set forth in the table in Rule #5 below. For each point scored by a Seattle Seahawks player (as determined by the official game scorer) during any of the Seattle Seahawks Regular Season games, one (1) of the following three (3) “Point Prizes” will be awarded.

Each Point Prize consists of one (1) of the following (as determined by Sponsor) along with a one (1) year subscription to Albertsons Fresh Pass with an ARV of $99 each:

Gift card and Fresh Pass terms and conditions apply. All approximate values outlined in these rules represent the approximate value of each prize on May 1, 2023 and are subject to fluctuation. Odds of winning this prize depends on whether or not the Seattle Seahawks score a point and how many points the Seattle Seahawks score in an eligible game and the number of eligible entries received for each Drawing.

5. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Potential prize winners will be randomly selected on dates indicated in the chart below, from among all eligible entries received. Non-winning entries roll over from one Drawing to the next. In the event any single Seattle Seahawks Regular Season game is cancelled or postponed by the NFL for any reason, including safety, health and/or welfare concerns, Sponsor reserves the right, if possible, to reschedule the corresponding Drawing to an alternate date corresponding to the rescheduled Seattle Seahawks Regular Season game, but if any single Seattle Seahawks Regular Season game or the entire season is not rescheduled, it shall have no obligation to award any prizes associated with that game as described herein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all Entry Deadlines shall remain in effect as described herein.

Gift card and Fresh Pass terms and conditions apply. Total maximum ARV of all prizes: $146,880. This total is based upon an estimated average of 24.7 Seattle Seahawks’ points per game, or 420 points during the Promotion Period.

5.1 PRIZES OF GROCERIES FOR A YEAR
Fifty-one (51) Prizes of Groceries For A Year (three (3) per regular season Seattle Seahawks game during the Promotion Period) will be randomly awarded from among all eligible entries received as of each Tuesday of the Promotion Period prior to a regular season Seattle Seahawks game at 11:59:59 p.m. PT for Entry Methods #1 & #2 (beginning on 8/9/23) combined with all Entry Method #3 entries postmarked each Tuesday of the Promotion Period prior to a regular season Seattle Seahawks game (beginning on 8/9/23) and received seven (7) days past the corresponding Tuesday. Non-winning entries will roll over to subsequent drawings, if any. Odds of winning a Groceries for a Year Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for each week during the Promotion Period.

The Groceries for a Year prize consists of $5,200 in Albertsons or Safeway Gift Cards and a one (1) year subscription to Albertsons Fresh Pass with an ARV of $99 for a total ARV of $5,299 ea. Gift card and Fresh Pass terms and conditions apply.

5.2 SEAHAWKS TICKETS
Twenty-Four (24) Prizes of Seahawks Tickets (three (3) per regular season Seattle Seahawks game during the Promotion Period) will be randomly awarded from among all eligible entries received in accordance with the deadlines stated below. Odds of winning a Seahawks Tickets Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received in accordance with the deadlines stated herein.

Each Seahawks Tickets Prize consists of four (4) admission tickets to a Seahawks home game and a one (1) year subscription to Albertsons Fresh Pass with a total ARV of $419.

5.3 GROCERIES FOR A DECADE
Two (2) Prizes of Groceries For A Decade Prizes are available and will be awarded as follows:

Odds of winning a Groceries For A Decade Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received in accordance to the deadlines stated above.

The Groceries for a Decade prize consists of $52,000 in Albertsons or Safeway Gift Cards and a one (1) year subscription to Albertsons Fresh Pass with an ARV of $99. Additionally, the Groceries for a Decade prize for the 9-06-23 drawing also includes two (2) admission tickets to the Seattle Seahawks September 24, 2023 game; and Sponsor selected accommodations and ground transportation (details to be determined between Sponsor and winner). The total ARV for the Groceries for a Decade prize drawn on 9-06-23 is $52,999. The total ARV for the Groceries for a Decade prize drawn on 01-16-24 is $52,099. 6. GENERAL PROVISIONS REGARDING ALL PRIZES:
Winner acknowledges that Released Parties have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers’ terms and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.

BY ACCEPTING ANY PRIZE OR PORTION OF A PRIZE, WINNER ACCEPTS THE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS NATURE AND RISK OF THE PRIZES, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY AND/ OR DEATH, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE EVENT IS VOLUNTARY, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE ARE NATURAL FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES WHICH MAY IMPACT ON OR AFFECT THE SAFETY OF THE ACTIVITIES HE/ SHE IS PARTICIPATING IN AND HE/ SHE ASSUMES THE RISK OF SUCH FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES AND AGREES THAT RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESULTING INJURY AND/ OR DEATH.

By receiving the Albertsons Fresh Pass portion of the prize, winners will get access to Albertsons Fresh Pass benefits for one (1) year. Winners will receive details on how to activate prize. A credit card must be provided during enrollment. All membership fees are exclusive of taxes. Winner’s credit card will be automatically charged for Fresh Pass membership fees after expiration of prize period. Account can be cancelled at any time.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION:
Entrants must have a valid e-mail address. Potential winners will be notified by mail/ email/ phone and may be asked to provide additional information so that prizes may be sent to them. Potential winners of prizes valued at $600 or more, must complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form and a Publicity Release (where lawful) (“Prize Documents”) which will be sent to the potential winners for completion and must be returned for prize verification and award. Prize Documents will be sent to the email address submitted at the time of entry, if applicable. Potential winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to sign and return Prize Documents via email/fax within three (3) days of notification attempt or prize may be forfeited. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. A 1099 tax statement will be filed with the IRS for prizes valued at $600 or more for the actual value of the prizes.

8. GENERAL RULES:
Prizes consist of only those items specifically referenced as part of the prize. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of comparable or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Prizes are nontransferable and no cash substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable for any reason. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. By participating and/or winning a prize, you agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual (or eject any winner from a game/trip/event) that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Sweepstakes process or Website; violates these Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter, if applicable, will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Participants may not register with multiple e-mail addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to register multiple times or as multiple registrants. Any participant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to register/play multiple times may be disqualified and forfeits any and all prizes won, in Sponsor’s discretion. Neither the Sponsor nor Released Parties assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information including, but not limited to, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost/ delayed/ garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software, entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes, including any entry mechanism, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play, safety, and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, including death, by participation in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winners’ names, photographs, voice, and likenesses for publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time-limitations and without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that potential winner names and city/state of residence may appear online. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Sweepstakes materials and winner’s lists or the offering or announcement of the prizes. You hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with its contents.

9. DISPUTES:
As a condition of entering, you agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for Idaho; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Idaho without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Idaho or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Idaho.

10. PRIVACY:
Any personal information that you provide in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be used by Sponsor and Administrator to administer this Sweepstakes, contact entrants, and for the other purposes set forth in the Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.albertsonscompanies.com/policies-and-disclosures/privacy-policy/default.aspx. By entering this Sweepstakes you agree to and accept that privacy policy. By opting in you authorize Sponsor to provide you with information relating to products, services and promotions of Sponsor and affiliates of Sponsor.

11. WINNERS:
For the names of winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope by 4/11/24, to: Albertsons/ Safeway Shop and Score Consumer Sweepstakes Winners, c/o Albertsons/ Safeway Shop and Score Sweepstakes-Consumer, P.O. Box 35516, Los Angeles, CA 90035.

12. SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR:

The National Football League, its member professional football clubs (including Football Northwest LLC d/b/a Seattle Seahawks), NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties, LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or the award of any prize(s).
