2025 ALBERTSONS/ SAFEWAY SHOP AND SCORE CONSUMER SWEEPSTAKES 

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL UNITED STATES RESIDENTS RESIDING IN WASHINGTON, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The 2025 Albertsons/ Safeway Shop and Score Consumer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 8:00:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 6, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on January 6, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal United States residents, residing in the state of Washington, eighteen (18) years of age and older at time of entry. Employees of Albertsons Companies, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Promotivate of America LLC (“Administrator”), Delta Airlines, Western Washington Toyota Dealerships, the NFL Entities (as defined below), their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively “Released Parties”) and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void outside Washington and where prohibited. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

3. Three (3) WAYS TO ENTER:

• ENTRY METHOD #1 via for U™: To enter via this method, you must have a for U™ member card/account (“Account”). If not already registered, go to Albertsons.com or Safeway.com (the “Website(s)”) or download the Albertsons or Safeway App (the “Mobile App(s)”) (available free on the App Store or Android App on Google Play) and follow the instructions to register for the for U™ Loyalty Program. Then, during the Promotion Period, to enter via one of the Websites or Mobile Apps, sign into your Account and digitally clip the “Rewards Shop and Score” coupon (“Offer”) to opt in. Look for the “Shop and Score” tags in stores for participating products. To redeem your Offer, enter the phone number associated with your U™ Account at checkout, and when you purchase five (5) qualifying products at any participating Albertsons or Safeway store in WA during the Promotion Period you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. To be eligible for any drawing set forth in the chart in Rule 5 below (each a “Drawing”), purchase must be made by 11:59:59 PM PT on the entry deadline date for that drawing (“Entry Deadline”). Once an entry is received, it will be valid for all remaining Drawings for the duration of the Promotion Period unless that entry has previously been selected as a winner. Entries will be deemed to have been made by the natural person registered to the Account, regardless of who actually makes the purchase, as long as such person is otherwise eligible in accordance with these Official Rules. Club Cards and Accounts are free and subject to these terms and conditions: https://www.albertsonscompanies.com/about-us/our-policies.html.  Make sure both your telephone and email address are accurate and up-to-date in your Account. Entrants using the Mobile Apps must have a wireless web-enabled device and may incur data charges from their wireless service provider. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges. Entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Each entrant should check their mobile device’s capabilities for specific web-enabled browsing instructions.
• ENTRY METHOD #2 via circular ad coupon: To enter via this method, you must have an Account. Redeem a “Rewards Shop and Score” coupon from select weekly ads at a participating Albertsons or Safeway store in the state of WA during the Promotion Period and enter your Account associated phone number at the time of purchase to automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes each time you purchase five (5) participating items in a single transaction during the Promotion Period. To be eligible for any Drawing, purchase must be made by 11:59:59 PM PT on the Entry Deadline as set forth in the chart in Rule #5 below. Once an entry is received, it will be valid for all remaining Draws for the duration of the Promotion Period unless that entry has previously been selected as a winner.
• ENTRY METHOD #3: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To enter without making a purchase, on a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, hand print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), daytime and evening telephone numbers and valid email address (optional). Mail in a hand-addressed, business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed, to: Albertsons/ Safeway Shop and Score Sweepstakes-Consumer, P.O. Box 69407, 458 N Doheny Dr, West Hollywood, CA, 90048 which must be postmarked by January 6, 2026 and received by January 13, 2026 (“Mailed Entry”). Limit one (1) Mailed Entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced Mailed Entries permitted. Sponsor will submit the Mailed Entry into the Drawing corresponding to its postmark date, provided it is received not more than seven (7) days thereafter (see Rule #5 below for a list of postmark and receipt deadlines, and Drawing dates.) Once a Mailed Entry is received, it will be valid for all remaining Drawings for the duration of the Promotion Period, unless such Mailed Entry has previously been selected as a winner.

4. PRIZES:

Drawings will be conducted by Promotivate, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Prize per person/ family/ household. Unless otherwise indicated, odds of winning a Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each Drawing. Any difference in the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

5. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Potential prize winners will be randomly selected on dates indicated in the chart below, from among all eligible entries received. Non-winning entries roll over from one Drawing to the next.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, all Entry Deadlines shall remain in effect as described herein.

Total maximum ARV of all prizes: $212,797.04.

PRIZE DESCRIPTIONS:

• Each Groceries for a Year Prize consists of $5,200 in Albertsons or Safeway Gift Cards.
• The Training Facility Experience consists of four (4) passes to a Seattle Seahawks 2026 Training Camp practice at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center in Renton, WA and $500 in Albertsons or Safeway Gift Cards. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Training Facility Experience Prize is $1,100. Transportation and accommodations are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Each 65” TV + $500 Gift Card Prize consists of a TCL 65” (65QM6K) TV and $500 in Albertsons or Safeway Gift Cards. With an ARV of $1,499.99 ea.
• Each $250 Gift Card Prize consists of $250 in Albertsons or Safeway Gift Cards.
• Each Seahawks Fly Away Game Prize consists of the opportunity for the winner and one (1) guest to attend a Seahawks road game (9/18/25 drawing is for Los Angeles on 11/16/25 and 9/25/25 drawing is for Atlanta on 12/7/25). Prize includes round trip economy class airfare on Delta Air Lines from a major airport near winner’s residence serviced by Delta Air Lines to the destination city (airports selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor) awarded as a Delta Air Lines certificate (“Certificate”), two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy, two (2) admission tickets to the away game corresponding to date of selection, and one (1) Seahawks autographed football. The ARV of the Seahawks Fly Away Game Prize to Los Angeles is $3,866. The ARV of the Seahawks Fly Away Game Prize to Atlanta is $4,850.

Travel must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor. Dates of departure and return are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner’s guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and must sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to ticketing of the prize. Winner and their guest must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including valid photo ID. Air transportation tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and may not be valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. ARV may vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fare fluctuations. Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the prize ARV in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to structure the travel route and select hotels in its sole discretion. The winner may be required to provide a credit card at the time of hotel check-in. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included as part of the prize, and are solely the responsibility of the winner, including, but not limited to ground transportation, travel insurance, room service, bag check fees, parking fees, food, beverages, tips, gratuities, and service charges. If the prize winner is unable to participate in the trip during the dates designated by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, substitutions, or any other act or omissions whatsoever by air carriers, hotel, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers, or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any transportation or missed prize events, opportunities, or expenses incurred or change to any other prize element as a consequence of delay or cancellation, except at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemptions, equivalents, or substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

Certificate seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or in all markets. Certificates are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold or bartered. Certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The sale or barter of tickets obtained through redemption of Certificates is also prohibited. Any tickets obtained through such sale or barter are void and will not be honored for travel. Tickets may be cancelled or reissued without penalty. Based on availability, passengers holding confirmed reservations and tickets may confirm earlier/later same day flight within 3 hours from scheduled departure time between same origin/destination for a non-refundable fee of $75. Certificates do not include the September 11th Security Fee of at least $5.60 one way which will be imposed on each flight segment in the passenger’s ticketed itinerary. A flight segment is defined as a takeoff and a landing. $30 fee for first checked bag and $40 USD fee for second checked bag on domestic flights; bag fees may vary by origin and destination. Allowances subject to size/weight limits. Taxes and fees are subject to change and are the responsibility of the passenger and (except for bag fees) must be paid at the time the ticket is booked. Any taxes, fees, or changes paid at the time of ticket issuance will be refunded if ticket is not used. However, once redeemed, Certificates are void and will have no further value. Travel will not qualify for SkyMiles mileage. Stopovers/Upgrades/Waitlisting/Open Returns are not permitted. Standby travel is not permitted except for an earlier flight on the same day as flight ticketed, for an additional charge of $75. Lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed Certificates will not be replaced. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Additional restrictions may apply. It is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. Delta Air Lines reserve the right to deny boarding to any passengers without proper documentation.

In the event a winner and/or their guest engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor or its agent in Sponsor’s or its agent’s sole discretion) is obnoxious or inappropriate, threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor and/or its agent reserve the right to terminate the applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send winner and/or their guest home with no further compensation.

• Each Seahawks VIP Package Prize consists of four (4) admission tickets to a Seahawks 2025 regular season home game (10/2/25 drawing is for Minnesota on 11/30/25 and 10/9/25 drawing is for Indianapolis on 12/14/25), four (4) VIP Passes for the corresponding game, one (1) Autographed Football and one (1) $200 Visa Gift Card. Each Seahawks VIP Package Prize has an ARV of $2,516. Transportation and accommodations are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Each eBike + $500 Gift Card Prize consists of a GoTrax Z4 PRO (GT-Z4PRO-BLACK) eBike and $500 in Albertsons or Safeway Gift Cards. Each eBike + $500 Gift Card Prize has an ARV of $1,799.99.
• Each Traeger + $500 Gift Card Prize consists of a Woodridge Pro Pellet Grill (TFB97JLH) Traeger Grill and $500 in Albertsons or Safeway Gift Cards. Each Traeger + $500 Gift Card Prize has an ARV of $1,649.99.

5.1 FINALIST EVENT

Three (3) Finalists prizes are available:

The three (3) Finalists selected will be invited to attend the Finalist Event currently scheduled to take place at the Seattle Seahawks home game at 5:15 PM PT on December 18, 2025 where each Finalist will compete in a random event for chance to win a Toyota Tacoma (“Vehicle”). The Finalists will each received two (2) admission tickets to the December 18, 2025 Seattle Seahawks home game with an ARV of $330 ea.

The remaining two (2) Finalists will each receive a Runner-Up Prize of a $1,000 Albertsons or Safeway Gift Card in addition to the December 18, 2025 Seattle Seahawks home game tickets mentioned above (ARV $1,000).

You need not be present to win. If, for any reason, a Finalist is unable to attend the Finalist Event, to be eligible for the Vehicle the winner must designate a representative to attend the game/Finalist Event and participate in the Finalist Event on their behalf. All decisions related to the Finalist Event are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Maximum odds of a Finalist winning the Vehicle are 1 in 3.

MSRP of Vehicle $53,144. The MSRP of the Vehicle is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the MSRP is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. Vehicle will be delivered with standard equipment for make and model; all upgrades and options, are at the sole cost of winner. Winner will not have choice of color. Title, taxes, registration, license, and similar fees, and insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license. Winner will be required to show proof of currently valid driver’s license and insurance prior to taking delivery of the Vehicle. Vehicle will be delivered to a dealer near winner’s residence (as determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor) and if winner does not pick up Vehicle within 30 days of delivery notice, Vehicle will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Vehicle will be delivered solely with the express limited warranties set forth in the vehicle’s Owner’s Guide.

6. General Provisions Regarding All Prizes:

Winner acknowledges that Released Parties have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.  Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers’ terms and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.  Gift Cards are subject to separate terms and conditions imposed by issuer.

BY ACCEPTING ANY PRIZE OR PORTION OF A PRIZE, WINNER ACCEPTS THE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS NATURE AND RISK OF THE PRIZES, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY AND/ OR DEATH, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE EVENT IS VOLUNTARY, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE ARE NATURAL FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES WHICH MAY IMPACT ON OR AFFECT THE SAFETY OF THE ACTIVITIES THEY ARE PARTICIPATING IN AND THEY ASSUME THE RISK OF SUCH FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES AND AGREE THAT RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESULTING INJURY AND/ OR DEATH.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: Entrants must have a valid e-mail address. Potential winners will be notified by mail/ email/ phone and may be asked to provide additional information so that prizes may be sent to them. Potential winners of prizes valued at $600 or more, must complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form and a Publicity Release (where lawful) (“Prize Documents”) which will be sent to the potential winners for completion and must be returned for prize verification and award. Prize Documents will be sent to the email address submitted at the time of entry, if applicable. Potential winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to sign and return Prize Documents via email/fax within three (3) days of notification attempt or prize may be forfeited. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. A 1099 tax statement will be filed with the IRS for prizes valued at $600 or more ($2,000 or more for prizes awarded in 2026) for the actual value of the prizes.

8. GENERAL RULES: Prizes consist of only those items specifically referenced as part of the prize. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of comparable or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Prizes are nontransferable and no cash substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable for any reason. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. By participating and/or winning a prize, you agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual (or eject any winner from a game/trip/event) that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Sweepstakes process or Website; violates these Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter, if applicable, will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Participants may not register with multiple e-mail addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to register multiple times or as multiple registrants. Any participant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to register multiple times may be disqualified and forfeits any and all prizes won, in Sponsor’s discretion. Neither the Sponsor nor Released Parties assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information including, but not limited to, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost/ delayed/ garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software, entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes, including any entry mechanism, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play, safety, and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination.  Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, including death, by participation in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winners’ names, photographs, voice, and likenesses for publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time-limitations and without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that potential winner names and city/state of residence may appear online. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Sweepstakes materials and winner’s lists or the offering or announcement of the prizes. You hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with its contents.

9. DISPUTES: As a condition of entering, you agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for Idaho; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Idaho without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Idaho or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Idaho.

10. PRIVACY: Any personal information that you provide in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be used by Sponsor and Administrator to administer this Sweepstakes, contact entrants, and for the other purposes set forth in the Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.albertsonscompanies.com/policies-and-disclosures/privacy-policy/default.aspx. By entering this Sweepstakes you agree to and accept that privacy policy. By opting in you authorize Sponsor to provide you with information relating to products, services and promotions of Sponsor and affiliates of Sponsor.

11. WINNERS: For the names of winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope by 4/10/26, to: Albertsons/ Safeway Shop and Score Consumer Sweepstakes Winners, c/o Albertsons/ Safeway Shop and Score Sweepstakes-Consumer, P.O. Box 69407, 458 N Doheny Dr, West Hollywood, CA, 90048.

12. SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR: The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Albertsons Companies, Inc., 250 Parkcenter Blvd., Boise, ID, 83706. The Administrator of this Sweepstakes is Promotivate of America LLC, 1901 Avenue of the Stars, Suite 200, Los Angeles, CA 90067.

The National Football League, its member professional football clubs (including, without limitation, Football Northwest LLC d/b/a Seattle Seahawks), NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties, LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or the award of any prize(s). The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Promotion in any way.

Western Washington Toyota Dealers Advertising Association, Inc., Toyota Motor North America, Inc. (TMNA), and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees are not sponsors of this Promotion in any way.
